ALLIANCE TECHNOLOGY: Sells Loss-Making Subsidiary

SINGAPORE (SunStream News) -- Ong Yew Huat, judicial manager of Alliance Technology & Development, said the company, which is under judicial management, is in negotiations with a buyer who is interested in acquiring the company as well as its loss-making Fort Canning Country Club, the Straits Times reports. "We are talking to such a party in the club and company. At the same time, we are talking to another party which is interested only in the club," Ong said.
